Michelle Bachmann

OK...y'all seriously need to chill out about Bachmann. She's fun. She's entertaining. And she is clearly a broken maniac.

See, We (regular everyday no-nfanatic republicans) know that we've got NO SHOT at 2012. I mean, come on...approval rating schmapproval rating...dude is smart, hip, stylish and charming. He made fun of Tim Lincecum's hair. Every time he says something, anything, it sound so damn reasonable. Every promise he makes that falls through (and there are many), he just gets up, goes, "yeah. Sorry about that. My bad." and we all melt like 12 year olds at a Bieber concert. If you are making a movie about him, you get Blair Underwood to play him. Blair MOTHERFUCKING Underwood. That dude makes being a black man named Blair cool and he still has nothing on Obama. Republican win in 2012? no fucking way.

So, once we figured that out, we decided that we'd have a little fun with it. We took all the realistic and reasonable candidates and we put them in the closet. (Heard anything about being President from Sarah Palin, lately? you want to be scared, there's your fear source.) And then we proceeded to play a little internal game called, "Find the worst candidate..." and we all took turns trotting out the biggest freak shows we could come up with. I think the Bachmann folks have the lead on winning...

We never figured you'd take it seriously. Hell, we didn't really figure you were paying attention. With all the arguing and bitching and moaning the politicians have been doing lately (especially ours, we admit it.) We thought the whole thing could us a little levity. But rest assured, in the extremely unlikely event that we somehow have a realistic shot at the White House in 2012, Michelle Bachmann will disappear so quick that you'll have trouble remembering her. Until then, please stop indulging your nightmare fantasies where a nut job like her could actually BE president and just try to enjoy the show...
