William Shatner aside, Priceline sucks.

So we are going to vegas, right. And we bought the hotel rooms on priceline. Well, I called them because we needed to make a minor change and they refused to make a change. They said I have to call the hotel. They were absolutely adamant and refused to hear me. So I called the hotel. They said I had to call priceline. They were absolutely adamant and refused to hear me. So I asked if they would stay on the line while I conferenced in Priceline and we could get it cleared up. They refused and then a supervisor came on the line. She was designed to shut me down. She was dumbfounded when I asked for help but refused. I said to her, "So you won't don't anything for me." She said "Nope. I won't do ANYTHING for you." So I said, "Thank you for your service." Dense as a concrete post, she replied "You're welcome."

Anyway, the change is not made and there is no hope. Thank you, o dear lord, for blessing us with idiocy and the living embodiment thereof. Without them, we couldn't be smart.
